THE STORY BEHIND COMMUNI-TEA
I believe that yoga is for everyone and is about community. One of the key ingredient to longevity is having a community and regular interactions with likeminded people who create a positive energy around you. Our amazing little town is full of wonderful people who like yoga (or would like to try yoga for the first time) and what better way to get together than over a nice cup of tea and a gentle yoga practice. I have always wanted to create a class where we share good laughs, maybe some stories, but mainly the love for yoga while nurturing our compassionate nature and support for each other!
I get all my tea in TEA etc in Invermere, BC and as a big tea drinker, so I look forward to explore some yummy teas together!
I will be sending out a Newsletter with class updates and the CommuniTea yoga class theme (or yoga style), so make sure you sign up for the newsletter to stay up to date on all the information. You can look forward to these yoga styles: Gentle Hatha, Yin, Yin Yang, Restorative, Meditation, Nidra. The classes will be suitable to all levels. I am always supportive to people who are new to yoga, so leave your shyness behind and come have some fun. Mugs are provided, but feel free to bring your own favourite one:)
