PUBLIC  YOGA  classes
with Ali Woodman

My yoga classes are suitable for all levels and will encourage you to find yourself in each pose. No matter how skilled you are in yoga, I will always offer multiple variations for you to embody the poses within a safe space with the option of using props. I believe that practicing yoga helps us to bring a sense of balance to our mind and body, reconnects us to the present moment, and helps us to find happiness and kindness from within.
