JASPER YOGA CLASSES

I am currently teaching at Trademark Yoga studio in Jasper. As well, you can look forward to Pop-Up CommuniTea Yoga classes by donation at HI Jasper!!

During Summers, I will be traveling back to Invermere, BC and I will offer pop-up classes either at the Kinsmen Beach or at the Living Wellness Hub yoga studio.

Below, you can see the various styles of classes that you can look forward to practice with me. So pack up your mat and join me for a yoga class that's suitable to all levels!

COMMUNI-TEA YOGA by donation

This fun by donation class is a great opportunity for you to try a different yoga style and enjoy a new type of tea every week. All classes will be suitable for beginners. You will be able to explore Gentle Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Yin Yang yoga, Restorative yoga, Meditation, and yoga Nidra. Find out more about this class HERE!

YIN YOGA & ESSENTIAL OILS

Enjoy 3 different essential oils specially selected to compliment the class while you practice a gentle and nourishing Yin yoga.

Yin Yoga explores postures in a passive receptive way. The entire class is done either seated or lying on the floor. Yin postures are held for up to 5 minutes while using a variety of props to support you in your pose. This way of practicing puts gentle "stress" on the connective tissue and the more subtle energetic system allowing for greater flexibility and energy flow.

This class is suitable to all levels and will leave you feel rejuvenated and realigned!

HAPPY HIPS GENTLE YOGA

This beloved class will leave you feeling younger and brighter in your body. Improve your hip-joint mobility and ease your tensions through a balanced selection of postures that are focused on both strengthening and stretching the hips. This class will help you to keep your joints nourished so you can continue to play and enjoy all the sports and activities you love.

MOUNTAIN READY YOGA

This class is a balanced combination of stretching and strengthening to keep your body in shape to enjoy your life in the mountains. If you're looking for fun ways to give your yogic practice a little bit more spice, join me on the mat and find your inner strength, balance, focus, and deep breath! The Mountain Ready class will help you to improve your fitness and challenge you to find your limits, while using props for the extra support. Laughs guaranteed!
